Kids of all ages were given the opportunity to decorate and eat some tasty holiday treats yesterday at Cafe 41:11. Kris Wilkinson, a member of Weymouth Community Church, spent all day baking and preparing Christmas cookies for our guests. It was a messy, fun, loud afternoon with some of Medina's young people. The Cafe Team wishes to thank Kris for her hard work and generosity. If you missed it, we invite you to nibble on these pictures!
King Solomon wrote, "A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed" (Proverbs 11:25).
The staff and volunteers of Cafe 41:11 have truly been refreshed by your support and prayers in 2008. We can't wait to see what our great King will accomplish in and through us as we continue trusting Him in 2009.
From all of us, to all of you,
Merry Christmas!
