A big thank you goes out to Shelly Rea and Evelyn Crowley for their help with our first Friday Free Work Lunch Program! I had a lot of fun and I couldn’t have made this happen without their help! Shelly made our sandwiches look amazing, and Evelyn neatly served up the soup.

We served 19 guests and raised $84.00 for the Medina Café 41:11. We’ll be offering this service again next Friday October 31, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. so please make sure you R.S.V.P. for next Friday. Check out the web-page for next week’s menu!

My lunch wasn't that much. I made myself a bologna sandwich with cheese and mustard and added a few cheetos to it. I'll bet the soup and sandwich at the Cafe put my lunch to shame.
Hope you continue to have great success. I rejoice at being part of a great work that's bringing glory to God and touching lives for Jesus.

Sorry you missed out. The bologna with mustard and cheetos sounds really good though. I'll have to try that sometime.

Always a pleasure to work with you Tim...we do have fun, don't we? And for those reading this who have not had a chance to volunteer yet at Cafe 41:11 you're missing out on a true blessing. Call Tim and fill in one of the time spots he still has available! The soup and sandwich that I had today was delicious...and I really liked the peanut butter cookies too. It was nice to meet Shelly ...she does make a fine looking sandwich!!! Looking forward to next Friday. Thank you to all those who supported our efforts today, and I look forward to seeing the rest of you next Friday. Stay warm over the weekend, and if you do get cold, stop into Cafe 41:11 for something warm to drink. Have a truly beautiful weekend and God's continued blessings to everyone, Evelyn
